Biography
Olivia Bliss is an interdisciplinary artist currently based in Glasgow. As an artist she is primarily interested in our sensory connections with nature and finding ways to communicate ecology though art. Over the last five years she has exhibited extensively in solo and group exhibitions throughout the UK, France and Portugal. Olivia studied BA (Hons) in Painting and Printmaking at the Glasgow School of Art, where she won the 2009 Glasgow Print Studio Prize. During September 2009 she participated in an artist in residence programme with Obras Arts in Portugal.
At the moment she is working as an artist developing her printmaking practice at the Glasgow Print Studios. Olivia has recently exhibited work in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow and has published prints in 20 x 20 Magazine.
