This exhibition will feature a series of stunning new etchings by Olivia Bliss inspired by both Scottish and Icelandic landscapes. Olivia's art explores and interprets the landscape through a contemporary perspective, whilst retaining traditional values. Many of her ideas come from the experience of a journey and in several of her etchings, Olivia has transformed direct rubbings from natural elements, into the print itself. Such etchings have been layered over glacial maps, creating an intriguing juxtaposition between close up textures and aerial views. 

This body of new work incorporates an eclectic mix of original prints that all use layers, patterns, textures and colours to help convey an experience of landscape.
